Chief of Staff
Elyssa Klenotiz was CCM's first employee in 2014 and currently serves as Operations Manager. In her role, she handles day-to-day company operations, including implementation of collection software and applications, overseeing the operations team, managing HR responsibilities, assisting with accounting, and managing legal collections matters. Additionally, she onboards all new clients and receives new accounts. Elyssa, who is an ACA International-certified Professional Collections Specialist, was previously CCM's collections manager.
Her experience includes managing all levels of employees, overseeing company-wide training, managing collections software development, and collecting on past due accounts. Her focus on efficiency and improvement helped create and streamline many of CCM's policies and systems. Elyssa has a bachelor's degree in Business from SUNY IT and an associate’s degree in Accounting from Herkimer Community College.
