Melissa Hawley is the Portfolio Supervisor at CCM, part of the company's first-party collections team. Melissa is responsible for supervising the team's pipelines, diligently communicating with our client's partners, overseeing data and information transfers between teams, as well as working closely with CCM's clients to ensure proper and accurate information is communicated across all channels.

Prior to CCM, Melissa was the Collections Production Lead at Bankers Healthcare Group, where she assisted the Senior Vice President in managing day-to-day operations and overseeing the production and collections efforts of the department. During her eight-year tenure with BHG, she held various roles as a Finance Coordinator for their SBA division and Customer Service Representative.
