Co-Founder & CEO

Jacob Corlyon is co-founder and CEO of CCM, responsible for overseeing all facets of the business and its operations.

Jacob’s deep industry experience is underscored by his extensive knowledge of consumer, commercial, and healthcare collections. Prior to starting CCM, he honed his skillset in the collections and legal departments at Bankers Healthcare Group.

Jacob is a Professional Collection Specialist, a Credit and Collection Compliance Professional, and Scholar through ACA International. In addition, he’s a Certified Asset Recovery Specialist, Certified Commercial Recovery Agent, and has his National Skip Tracers Certification through RISC. He has expert knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, and HIPAA, and is committed to professional and ethical collection practices.

Jacob currently serves on the board of directors and is the president of the New York State Collectors Association. He also serves as a Delegate to the Counsel of Delegates for ACA International. Jacob shows his commitment to this great industry daily by advocating and educating consumers on financial literacy issues and what to do when being contacted by a debt collector. His goal is to change the negative stigma of this integral industry to our global economy.

Jacob studied at Bryant and Stratton College and SUNY Oswego, and currently resides in the suburbs of Syracuse, N.Y., with his wife.

Juliana Haggerty


Juliana Haggerty is President of CCM, responsible for overseeing client relationships, providing strategic business direction, pursuing fierce corporate growth, and maximizing the company’s recovery strategy by tapping into her strengths as communicator, coordinator, and passionate leader. Through applied analytics and with the reliance of her cohesive team, she ensures the company and each department runs at peak performance.

Before joining CCM, Juliana held a number of roles at Bankers Healthcare Group, most recently as Senior Vice President of Collections, where she led and oversaw BHG’s Collections team. She was also Financial Analyst and Portfolio Analyst, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, respectively. During her six years with the company, she earned accolades including Finance MVP, Impact Player, and Chairman’s Club. Prior to BHG, she spent three years as an Investor Asset Management Analyst at Bank of America.

A Florida native, Juliana spent her childhood in Colombia, South America, and is fluent in Spanish. Upon returning to the United States, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. She resides with her husband in Skaneateles, N.Y.


Operations Manager

Elyssa Klenotiz was CCM’s first employee in 2014 and currently serves as Operations Manager. In her role, she handles day-to-day company operations, including implementation of collection software and applications, overseeing the operations team, managing HR responsibilities, assisting with accounting, and managing legal collections matters. Additionally, she onboards all new clients and receives new accounts. Elyssa, who is an ACA International-certified Professional Collections Specialist, was previously CCM’s collections manager.

Her experience includes managing all levels of employees, overseeing company-wide training, managing collections software development, and collecting on past due accounts. Her focus on efficiency and improvement helped create and streamline many of CCM’s policies and systems. Elyssa has a bachelor’s degree in Business from SUNY IT and an associate’s degree in Accounting from Herkimer Community College.


Portfolio Manager

Jarrod Turner is an ACA-certified Collections Specialist with nearly a decade of industry experience. Prior to joining CCM, he served in management roles on consumer, commercial, and government contracts with ConServe, an accounts receivable management company. He has in-depth knowledge of industry compliance and ethics, including FDCPA, TCPA, UDAAP, and FCRA regulations.

Jarrod earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from Keuka College and an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Finger Lakes Community College, and holds numerous certifications through Dale Carnegie.
